Welcome Kit

Myself and a few colleagues collaborated on developing a Welcome Kit for new employees to feel welcome and part of the growing family of creatives within our company. I developed the chosen direction and design for the proposed welcome kit. We also worked with a vendor to develop box design and packaging of all contents. Ideated with team to provide a helpful and fun group of items that met our budget restrictions.
